What a great winter we are experiencing, lots of fresh snow followed by warm days making the skiing and snowboarding very exciting. Personally I have been enjoying the spring moguls, I just love skiing the bumps! The secret to good bump skiing and riding is the equipment you choose to use along with your fitness level. Be in the best shape you can be so you can use the full range of motion that your body will need to get smoothly down those wonderful spring bumps.
